Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using various programming languages and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work on one of the following Programming Portfolio teams: Software Execution and Reliability Engineering, OCC/blithequark Associations and Try Innovation, Omnichannel Technology, Buying, Adjusting, AI/Automation, Global Sales, DLV and Engineering Services, Airport Customer Support, Freight and Baggage Operations, and Agile Training Office, Techops IT, DMS and DFP, or Corporate Technology
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of cloud technology, Software Development Lifecycles, and/or computer hardware components and support
• Ability to work in a business casual work environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software development methodologies and version control systems
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with customer service software and technology
• Strong understanding of IT principles and practices
