Job Summary

As a Technical Lead Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our cybersecurity solutions. You will lead a team of experts in threat intelligence, incident response, and digital protection, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the success of our initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of experts in threat intelligence, incident response, and digital protection, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the success of our initiatives

• Develop and implement effective cybersecurity solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful implementation of our cybersecurity solutions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and develop strategies to address these threats
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
• Participate in the development and implementation of our company's vision and strategy

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and digital protection
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Strong technical expertise in threat intelligence, incident response, and digital protection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and digital protection
• Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting observing, discovery, and reaction capacities
• Comprehension of CTI procedures and application ideas, with the ability to prompt and tutor new CTI colleagues
• Capacity to correspond crude insight from sensors, episode reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
• Capacity to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds
• Capacity to take mind-boggling, equivocal themes, assemble methodology, and impact partners
