Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries.
  • Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services, providing personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues, ensuring fair and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Responding to requests from customers about blithequark products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Verifying service order accuracy and completeness, making corrections and changes as needed to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Negotiating the collection of overdue bills, working with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions that meet their needs and our business requirements.
  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to our customers.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
  • Customer Service call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous collections experience, with a strong understanding of negotiation techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
