  • Sharing sales links and offering discounts to customers, while maintaining a professional and engaging tone
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Utilizing online chat tools, such as Facebook Messenger, to engage with customers and provide exceptional support
  • Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in live chat support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, as well as a reliable internet connection
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting the evolving needs of our customers
