Your role will involve handling incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, utilizing your language skills to communicate effectively with clients and provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to blithequark's customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, leveraging your problem-solving skills and knowledge of blithequark's products and services.
  • Treat customers with respect and courtesy, adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support services.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2). Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching to ensure your success. A strong passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
