Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a leading global airline company. You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various systems and databases, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, and retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
