Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other Blithequark teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about their healthcare plans, including prescription coverage, mail order services, and other benefits
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other Blithequark teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Part-time or full-time availability

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and insurance concepts
  • Ability to work in a call center environment and handle high volumes of calls
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
