As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for receiving initial calls from patients, gathering essential information, and relaying it to our team of clinicians. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process initial calls from patients, gathering essential information and relaying it to our team of clinicians

  • Develop strong relationships with patients and families, providing empathetic and compassionate support
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborate with our team of clinicians to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Essential Qualifications

• 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems
