Key Responsibilities:

As a customer service representative for blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our guests and travel agent partners via phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers to ensure a seamless travel experience
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the travel industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of cruise lines and travel-related products and services
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
