  • Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller concerns, and provide information with a smile
  • Make outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries, leveraging your excellent communication skills
  • Maintain accurate and useful database records, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Manage and monitor our SMS (texting platform), providing the same level of exceptional customer service as you would over the phone

  • A designated and approved in-home workspace that meets our technical requirements
  • A secondary workspace in case your primary space experiences technical difficulties
  • Meet the wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring), with no satellite internet
  • Ability to receive inbound calls, place outbound follow-up calls, and answer SMS messages with ease
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm+
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
