Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Partner to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring good customer relations, and resolving customer claims and complaints in a fair and effective manner. You'll also develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers, and develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
  • Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
  • Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
  • Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role at a multinational corporation.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
