Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate – Delivery Station Liaison, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and improving the overall customer experience. You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse production environment, where you'll be surrounded by a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage difficult customer situations using empathy, phone, and email, while responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs
- Solicit customer feedback to improve the customer experience and identify areas for growth
- Analyze data and use stories and experience to complement data, seeking out and developing work flows and procedures to improve quality and efficiency
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information to develop alternative solutions
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and experts, listening and getting clarification, focusing on solving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures
- Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and receiving feedback, and contributing to building a positive team environment
- Treat people with respect, inspiring trust and supporting organizational values and goals with integrity

- Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long, and work in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided)
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in logistics or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
- Ability to work in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a warehouse production environment
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
