Job Overview

We are offering a unique opportunity for a full-time contractor position (30-40 hours per week) for an initial 4-month contract, with the potential for renewal based on performance. As a Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform, leveraging your fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese. If you have proficiency in additional languages such as Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog, it will be considered a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team, ensuring that user concerns and suggestions are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Identify potential issues and coordinate with the Development team to resolve problems efficiently, providing seamless support to our users
  • Support other Customer Support projects as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of our team

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support/Service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Strong fluency in English and being bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk, although coding knowledge is not required
  • A reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer that can connect to the web, ensuring uninterrupted support to our users
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed, demonstrating your commitment to providing 24/7 support
