Job Summary

We're looking for two experienced Customer Support Representatives to work as a team, providing 7-day-a-week coverage for our clients. As a member of our remote online customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our clients, working closely with our overseas admin team, and contributing to the growth and success of blithequark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of listings and support tickets.
  • Manage your workload independently, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities without the need for constant supervision.
  • Collaborate with your teammate to ensure 7-day-a-week coverage, including rotating weekends (2-3 days per month).
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support and related areas.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of blithequark by identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual communication channels.
  • Basic knowledge of business tools, such as Slack, JIRA, or Trello.
