Your Role in the blithequark Family

As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and building meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Upselling if required

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills

• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following internet requirements:

• Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
• Proof of internet speed required
