Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately keying applications into our database, maintaining high levels of accuracy and speed, and providing exceptional support to our deposit room team. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Keying paper applications into our database with high accuracy and speed
  • Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy standards
  • Assisting the deposit room team with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing as needed
  • Providing support with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
  • Collaborating with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues
  • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times

Education and Work Experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
