Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with professionalism and efficiency
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services as needed, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
