- Providing detailed information about our platform and services to gig workers and potential users.
- Assisting users in navigating our application and connecting with available shifts.
- Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes.
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times.
- Staying updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with gig workers.
