The Role

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and converting conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You will work in a relaxed yet professional environment, surrounded by a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for customer service and technology.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses that meet their needs.

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers.
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are documented and tracked.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing a clear and concise summary of the conversation.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong ability to multitask is preferred, with gaming experience being a plus.
  • Positive and professional demeanor is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment is a must.

Nice-to-Haves

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
