Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary function will be to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences. You will also perform other office support functions as needed, working collaboratively with our team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of blithequark, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet their needs

  • Utilize a thorough understanding of blithequark practices to offer solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience
  • Understand client needs and offer support and solutions to meet their expectations
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality, knowledge, level of professionalism, and time to place follow-up calls
  • Focus on call resolution, using company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including expanding to include Chat and Email Customer Support
  • Collaborate with the team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with office equipment, including computers, phones, and software applications
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of 45WPM or higher
  • Professional appearance and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or related industry

  • Familiarity with vehicle auctions or the automotive industry
  • Experience with chat and email customer support
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 45WPM
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
