Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding their healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
