This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and are dedicated to enhancing customer experiences while supporting German-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking users through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with inquiries related to the social media platform, including account setup, troubleshooting, and policy information.
  • Handle user complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate users about platform features and updates to enhance their experience.
  • Document and analyze customer interactions to contribute to service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues that require specialized knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes within the social media landscape to provide relevant support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the social media or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and effectively manage time.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and customer service tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine interest in social media trends and user engagement strategies.
