Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Identifying patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Availability to work evenings on weekends
