Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Warranty Support

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide world-class customer service. Your primary focus will be on educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and empowering experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating customers on warranty-related topics, such as coverage, claims process, and benefits
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and empowering experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus, with exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
