Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Consultant (ISR), you will be responsible for promoting blithequark's advertising solutions to small local businesses in the US and Canada. You will work closely with business owners to understand their needs and aspirations, and customize each sale to meet their unique requirements. Your primary goal will be to educate business owners about the benefits of blithequark's advertising platform and help them achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote blithequark's advertising programs via a high volume of outbound sales calls (100% phone-based)

  • Achieve a high number of sales conversions by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Manage a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's advertising solutions and adapt product pointers quickly to meet customer needs
  • Overcome customer objections and rejection to achieve sales success
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and tenacity
  • Live organized and manage time effectively to complete daily tasks and achieve sales targets

What It Takes to Succeed

* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor's Degree

  • No fear of the smartphone and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong PC and email skills, with experience using Google Suite and a MacBook computer
  • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment and manage time independently
  • Potential to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage without oversight
  • Must possess current US sales authorization
