Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a hybrid role, this position offers flexibility with remote work and a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $22.00. Our Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative will be the reassuring voice that greets customers when they call at night, upholding a pleasant demeanor as they answer phone calls and assist clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Dispatch available technicians to clients in need of locksmith and security services
  • Provide excellent customer service and contribute to smooth business operations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using computer software and typing skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be nice to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
