- Have a proven background in phone sales (preferred but not required).

- Experience with CRM Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management systems to track leads and streamline follow-ups.
- Knowledge of the Local Market: Having insights or experience in North Central CT and Western MA real estate markets could be a valuable asset.
- Good Work Ethic: This is a computer and communication based business. The better you are with computers and speaking to the general public, the more successful you'll be. you need to show up daily to work!
