• Respond to basic inquiries via email or chat in a professional manner
• Assist team leaders and departments with administrative tasks and documentation
• Help maintain internal systems and databases up-to-date and accurate
• Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on tasks
• Support special projects and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Required Skills and Qualifications:
