Responsibilities

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service or support experience, preferably in the life/health insurance industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence clients, and adapt in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including Zoom, email, and other software applications.
  • Familiarity with life/health insurance is an asset, but not required.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
