Job description / RoleEmployment: Full Time A super opportunity to join this close knit, professional team based in the heart of the DIFC. An international professional services organisation they have office all over the world and are seen as employer of choice. With office hours of 8.30am-5.00pm, it is a role based in the office full time, but with no after-hours responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate who wants longevity and stability within this position and who is a dedicated client facing professional to manage this high profile, busy reception area.This unique role involves being highly personable and building relationships with frequent visitors and internal staff whilst making an impactful impression on all new guests. Responsibilities will include. managing switchboard, office coordination, raising invoices and general administration support, ensuring the wellbeing of everyone on site and providing an efficient service to keep the reception function running smoothly. You will liaise with vendors and coordinate with the facilities management of the building to ensure the office is well presented at all times. The highest level of client service experience is essential, ideally you will have worked within hospitality, private UHNW office or professional services industry sectors, demonstrating your skill in relationship building whilst always maintaining standards. Strong administrative skills are essential along with office and meeting room coordination. A polished and professional appearance with excellent verbal communication in English is essential.
