About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Support department. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills, enabling you to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
