Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the Business Innovation team by managing full cycle data entry projects, including data sourcing, data analysis, and data reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and provide exceptional customer service to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Manage full cycle data entry projects, including data sourcing, data analysis, and data reporting

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as SQL or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
