Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout their debt resolution journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, delivering on retention goals, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Resolving client questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and thoroughly via phone and email
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication, leveraging our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity
  • Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client success in completing the program and other key retention activities throughout the program
  • Managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism, working collaboratively with other supporting departments to ensure client success
  • Utilizing your strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus, but not required
  • 1 year of customer service experience required, with call center experience preferred
  • Reliable internet speeds required to ensure seamless communication and data access
  • A positive attitude, strong team player skills, and empathy to hardship
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity, with a strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Financial services experience, especially in banking, personal loans, and credit card industries
  • Previous debt settlement experience, which would be a significant plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Compensation and Benefits
