Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to review and complete partial records of business owner leads. These records may contain some of the following information: owner's name, email address, website, and phone number. Your task will be to research and find the missing fields for each record, using various online resources and tools. For example, if a record has a website but no email address, you will need to visit the website and find the email address. Similarly, if a record has an email address but no website, you will need to find the website associated with that email address.

  • Review partial records of business owner leads and identify missing fields
  • Research and find missing information using online resources and tools
  • Update records with complete and accurate information
  • Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Meet productivity and quality standards set by blithequark

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications
