As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service while ordering products at designated accounts. As a valued member of our team, you will be eligible to participate in our Total Rewards Program, which includes: Total Wellness Programs, including health, dental, and vision plans 401K program with a healthy company match Supplemental Life Insurance Three weeks of vacation pay and 11 company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Competitive compensation Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for: Building and maintaining product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards Maintaining appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts Placing timely, accurate orders per ad calendar to maintain inventory levels Managing back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts Meeting customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up Maintaining professional, team relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers Maintaining appropriate inventory levels, company assets, and point of sale, ensuring accounts meet company merchandising standards Determining stores' product needs, placing, and transmitting appropriate orders Conducting store surveys and communicating account activities to appropriate parties Maintaining merchandising standards and efficiencies while rotating products in designated accounts Organizing backroom inventory, maintaining cleanliness of equipment, sales floor, and shelves, and transporting, replacing, and maintaining point of sale advertising as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for use during work hours The ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product A driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands, including lifting, carrying, and positioning objects weighing up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you will benefit from: An Associate Degree or 1-2 years of college 1+ year of previous sales/merchandising experience Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Excellent planning and organization skills Proficiency in computer application skills and the ability to use and understand mobile applications 1+ year of experience working under minimal or no supervision Career Growth and Development At Coke Florida, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
