Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack EHS Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs across arenaflex's facilities and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs that align with arenaflex's mission and values

• Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate EHS risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and arenaflex's EHS policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS concerns and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement training programs to promote EHS awareness and compliance
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address EHS non-compliance and near misses
• Collaborate with arenaflex's EHS training team to develop and implement training programs
• Develop and maintain EHS records, reports, and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent future incidents
• Collaborate with arenaflex's facilities and operations teams to ensure EHS compliance and promote a culture of safety and sustainability

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant EHS field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health, safety engineering)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS leadership or management
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Ability to travel (up to 20%) to arenaflex facilities and operations

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant EHS field

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification
• Experience with EHS software and systems (e.g., EHS management systems, incident reporting systems)
• Experience with EHS auditing and compliance
• Experience with EHS training and development
