We're currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for engaging with website visitors through live chat, providing them with prompt and accurate information, and resolving any issues they may have.   • Working independently to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, or laptop)

Preferred Qualifications:

While prior experience is not necessary, we do prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Work Schedule:

As a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere and choose your own schedule. We're looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the option to work more hours as needed.
