Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers

• Resolve customer issues efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and effective communication
• Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
• Work collaboratively with the customer service team to escalate pain points and improve customer experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve exceptional customer experiences
• Basic English writing skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
