About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Innovation Planning and Research team. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining complex data models and analytics tools to support business decision-making
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Working with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Certification in data science or analytics
