- Lead strategic projects that drive growth and innovation in the youth sports technology sector.
- Work with senior leadership to define and implement strategic goals aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive execution of initiatives and timely delivery of high-impact projects.
- Develop strategies for data gathering and analysis, using market research and user insights to inform decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to differentiate the company in a competitive market.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to market challenges, ensuring effective responses to external uncertainties.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic roles within strategy consulting, high-growth startups, sports, media, or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting market research and leveraging data to guide strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, managing complex projects and stakeholder alignment.
- A deep passion for youth sports and a strong understanding of how technology can enhance the sports experience for athletes, coaches, and families.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive leadership and manage strategic initiatives.
