Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Liberty, IA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our policyholders, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and in-person

  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to policyholders
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work comfortably in a high-volume call center environment
  • Strong computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Insurance industry experience or knowledge

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
