Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our online market research team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including online data entry, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online projects. This is a telecommuting position that offers the flexibility to work from home, and we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform online data entry tasks, including product and service reviews, surveys, and other online projects
- Provide email customer service in an online ticket response system
- Communicate with clients using best-answer templates
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Computer proficiency, intermediate functioning skill level is minimum requirement
- Thorough work ethic, information-oriented, and self-motivated
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Solid interest in data and a willingness to learn and improve
- Self-motivated and multi-tasking characteristics when working from home are a plus
Essential Skills and Competencies

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly pay rate: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Opportunities to earn extra income through online surveys and other projects: $2.50 - $75.00 per survey
