Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Amazon Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our e-commerce operations by:

  • Entering product data into the Amazon Seller Central platform with precision and attention to detail: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering product information into our Amazon Seller Central platform, ensuring that product listings adhere to Amazon's guidelines and standards.
  • Ensuring product listings adhere to Amazon's guidelines and standards: You'll review and update product listings to ensure that they meet Amazon's requirements, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Updating product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, as needed: You'll be responsible for making timely updates to product information to ensure that our listings remain accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and updating stock quantities accordingly: You'll keep track of inventory levels and update stock quantities to ensure that our listings reflect the most up-to-date information.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues promptly: You'll work closely with our team to resolve any data discrepancies or issues that may arise, ensuring that our listings remain accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conducting quality checks to verify the accuracy of data entered: You'll regularly review and verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure that our listings meet Amazon's standards.
  • Keeping abreast of Amazon's policies and updates related to product listings and data entry processes: You'll stay up-to-date on Amazon's policies and updates to ensure that our listings remain compliant and accurate.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in data entry and experience with spreadsheets or database software: You'll have a strong background in data entry and experience with spreadsheets or database software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
