Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients to ensure the seamless installation and maintenance of our products. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services, light remanufacturing, and troubleshooting on our equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer support to our clients. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27 and a flexible schedule of 8 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on equipment according to company standards
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively with clients to resolve issues
  • Remain positive, work as a team player, and create outstanding customer-focused solutions

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
