What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling Calls: Make outbound and receive inbound calls from loan applicants, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Examining Loan Applications: Thoroughly review loan applications through multiple software systems, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • Evaluating Eligibility: Assess the eligibility of loan applicants for our financial services, using your knowledge and expertise to make informed decisions.
  • Creating and Renewing Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, loan applications, and other relevant information.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Proficient Use of MS Office: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
