Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries with precision and empathy, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
• Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and problem-solving skills, resolving issues proactively and efficiently.
• Working with confidential information sensitively, maintaining the trust and confidentiality of our customers.
• Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, reducing the need for follow-up interactions and improving customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is a success.
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate our customers' needs.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the ability to type 25 wpm, ensuring efficient communication and data entry.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth.
• At least 18 years of age with predictable and reliable attendance, ensuring that you can meet the demands of the role and maintain a high level of productivity.
