The role involves preparing data for meetings, taking detailed notes, and ensuring the showroom is organized and presentable.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO during buyer and customer meetings
- Prepare customer histories, trend insights, sales recaps, and pricing intel before each meeting
- Take detailed notes during all customer interactions and distill them into clear, actionable recaps
- Send summaries and follow-up tasks to the LA team to keep everyone aligned
- Help keep the showroom organized, presentable, and ready for walk-throughs
- Assist with product samples, meeting materials, and general coordination
