Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer relationships effectively
• Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services
• Assist customers with remedies to retain business during peak call volumes
• Utilize gamification tools to track and enhance performance
• Work remotely while receiving all necessary equipment from the employer

Skills

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a call center
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment
• Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
• Ability to create a distraction-free workspace at home
• Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Strong customer service soft skills, including empathy
