[Remote] Management Analyst (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated Management Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who will support process improvement initiatives and provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospective sessions to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of Agile workflows across projects
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations to management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and progress
- Monitor project performance metrics and contribute to status updates for stakeholders
Skills
- Accredited Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of project experience applying Agile frameworks
- Foundational knowledge of Agile principles and project management practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance
- Experience working with Navy program offices or Agile project delivery within a government setting
- Ability to create Agile workflows/stories using legacy processes, metrics, and data points
- Knowledge of Navy RMF process and Information Assurance practices and tasking
