Consultant Performance Analytics

The Performance Analytics Consultant will work with the Personal Lines team to execute data-driven strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Work with teammates to perform monitoring tasks of strategic initiatives and products, identify areas of risks, opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Work with & understands production, performance & modeled metrics
- Develop a deep understanding of Personal Line data assets. Has the ability to combine data from multiple disparate sources
- Provides solutions to customer needs on large-scale projects and ad-hoc questions. Independently resolves low to medium complexity customer requests
- Is a Performance Analytics partner who aids state product management
Skills
- Prior Personal or Commercial Insurance experience
- Working knowledge of analytical and reporting tools
- Basic knowledge & the ability to write SQL queries to pull data
- Ability to build working relationships with business partners & and break down complex topics in order to solve problems
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
- Product or Pricing Work Experience
- Project Management Work Experience
- Experience understanding database structures and data architecture
